By booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Parents or guardians booking for minors are fully responsible for them during the trip.
2. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed only when payment (deposit or full) has been received.
Some trips may require non-refundable deposits (such as permits or flights).
Final payment is due by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
3. Pricing
Prices listed on our website are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or unexpected increases in costs (e.g., fuel surcharges, park fees).
Once you’ve paid in full, your price is guaranteed.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations before booking.
You are expected to maintain respectful and safe behavior during trips.
Failure to comply with safety rules or guide instructions may result in removal from the trip without refund.
5. Health & Fitness
Many of our adventures involve strenuous activities (trekking, climbing, camping).
It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and medically cleared for the activities.
We may request a medical certificate for certain high-altitude or demanding trips.
6. Travel Insurance
Mandatory: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, and baggage loss.
We are not responsible for costs incurred due to illness, accidents, or delays beyond our control.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings.
We reserve the right to change itineraries due to weather, natural disasters, safety concerns, or events beyond our control.
In case of cancellation by us, you may choose a full refund or credit for a future trip.
8. Assumption of Risk
Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, weather events, wildlife encounters, altitude sickness, and transportation delays.
By booking, you accept these risks and agree that MAAZ Travels LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the trip, except where prohibited by law.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, local operators).
We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAAZ Travels LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on http://maaztravels.com/ (logos, photos, texts, designs) is owned by MAAZ Travels LLC unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Whatcom County, Washington.
